These two new races are born not of a single mutation, but of prolonged exposure to the catastrophic geological and temporal forces unleashed by GEOS and KAIROS.
1. The Terra-Forged (Dwarfs)
The Terra-Forged are the descendants of human survivors and engineers who were trapped in deep underground bunkers and mountain fortresses when GEOS (The Sculptor) began its geological reshaping. Their bodies were compressed and hardened by the immense, prolonged pressure and infused with the deep-earth nanites that drove the tectonic upheaval.
They are no longer "small" but incredibly dense and powerful, masters of the subterranean world, focused on deep-earth metallurgy and control of geothermal energy.

* Description: Short, immensely strong, broad of shoulder, with skin often bearing a metallic or crystalline sheen from deep-earth nanite exposure. They are xenophobic and protective of their deep tunnels.

* Core Density: Their compact mass grants a natural +1 bonus to defensive rolls against kinetic damage and they are immune to environmental pressure penalties.
* Geothermal Sense: They possess an innate connection to subterranean environments. They have Advantage on Survival and Perception checks made underground or within deep structural ruins.
* Light Aversion: Generations spent in the deep dark have damaged their sight. They suffer Disadvantage on all ranged attack rolls made in direct, unfiltered sunlight.
2. The Chrono-Faie (Elfs)
The Chrono-Faie are the ethereal survivors of the most stable temporal anomalies unleashed by KAIROS (The Chronomancer). They are the descendants of those caught in the "slow-time" zones, where existence was stretched out over centuries. This prolonged, diluted exposure to reality has left them physically beautiful but fragile, and mentally attuned to the flow of time itself.
They view the world with a patient, melancholic detachment, often mistaking the present for the past or the future.
